These steps resolve the most common issues quickly:
- Force-quit the app and relaunch it — this fixes most unexpected behavior.
- Make sure you're running the latest version of Big Deal Bridge from the App Store.
- To restore a subscription on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed into your original Apple ID.
- For billing questions, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions — Apple handles all transactions directly.
When Emailing Support
The more detail you include, the faster we can help. Please mention:
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Any error messages you saw
- If relevant, the name of the tournament or PBN file you were using
- Your device type (iPhone or iPad)
We typically respond within one to two business days. For subscription billing issues, Apple Support can often resolve things faster than we can.
App Store & Subscription Management
All purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, visit Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, or use the link below.
